I have run into a 4 critical bugs with 9.2.0.3. Everything from transportable tablespaces and rac generating ORA-600 (See ORA-600.ora-code.com) errors to sql statements with UNION ALLs in them generating errors.
The transportable tablespace error actually isn 't fixed until 9.2.6, but we got a backport. I do not have the patch number. It only happens if they transport the same tablespace repeated to the same RAC database(so if you are publishing daily data it becomes a problem).
